Great location in proximity to the Exhibition centre at which I was attending a conference. Walking distance to everything you might need for a short stay. The breakfast was lovely, the coffee was good and a room service meal for dinner was divine. Very well appointed apartment. My only criticism is that the grout between the tiles in the shower could do with a really good scrub. The staff were all lovely and accommodating.

The place was a great spot in Southbank. Within walking distance to the many of the features. Great gym and breakfast. A special shout out to Paul from the Edwin Cellars Bar. He knows his wine and is always happy to recommend great wines to try.

Room was lovely and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly . Location is great. Close to the casino, Melbourne CBD, DFO, Tram to the city and St. Kilda. Easy walk to all the restaurants on Southbank. Only disappointment was the size of the pool. Overall our stay was really enjoyable

Great location but the kitchen cabinet doors were broken, it was fixed after reporting but the standard of cleanliness really needs work. Could see mould build up around kitchen and bathroom basin. Shower door water stopper liner was broken and mouldy, replaced after notifying staff. The place needed a good wipe down, dusty everywhere. There was an awful smell on the lounge floor and the pool was very small (looks way bigger in photos). Felt it was very dark, lack of lighting at reception but the staff were really friendly and helpful. Not sure I'd stay there again... probably not my level of comfort.

Room was spacious and clean. Hotel is in good walkable distance from Southbank/Crown area and has a tram stop out the front. Supermarket very close by. Unfortunately, pre-stay communication was poor and check-in was very lengthy.
