"The hotel is very old, room was old and inside,big. very bad place because it was working in the street, difficult to walk by. Breakfast was very good"

"Hotel is high quality construction, great location. Breakfast buffet was high quality with lots of volume and choices of high quality foods, lots of staff for attention to beverages and questions. Some elevator problems through the three nights we stayed there. Most reception staff were knowledgable, one was not. Lots of little steps in the walking route that are not as clear as you might wish, so some near misses of tripping hazard."

"Breakfast food was bad and very limited for dairy free. A loud party til 12am disrupted our stay. Management were not empathetic and only comped a lunch bill for a night of interrupted sleep."

I sent in sensitive documents and then they still stalled and delayed and I never stayed. Have some compassion. Will never reserve here. Every other hotel I had was kind enough to understand. "The room was very clean and modern. We appreciated the washing machine with soap that was available for use as well. It is a lively location convenient to the metro and many good restaurants. The windows are thick and modern and keep out any street noise at night. The coffee shop that serves breakfast was also very nice and accommodating. Amazing hospitality all around. I highly recommend this apartment."

"The shower water pressure was extremely weak. The room lacked basic amenities like a vanity kit, body lotion, and hair conditioner. The hotel felt dated and looked nothing like the photos."

"This is the worst hotel I ever stay. Basically there was nothing in the room besides bed. Bathroom was always smelly. The whole room looks very run down. pictures they displayed do not reflect the real room."

"This hotel was close to being perfect but, just as we have struggled with mattresses around the rest of Italy, this one was bad also. 75% of it was hard as a rock and somehow 25% of it was soft and smooshy. The pillows also need some help. The staff are excellent, the breakfast is nice, the rooms are nice and big, the towels are a good size. It was relatively quiet for being in the location it’s in. I would say I would stay here again but I probably wouldn’t due to the mattress. But everything else was great. "
