"Busy hotel in centre of London close to theatres, Covent Garden etc. Our room faced inwards onto an ugly, somewhat unkempt area. Otherwise room was fine. Baththoom very nice. "

"The hotel is very nice andxa great location for sight seeing, close to the tube and buses, Also great for theatres galleries and restaurants all walking distances. The room was clean and functional however very basic. No tea/coffee making facilities. The shower was good very hot and good pressure, but no toilet brush which would b helpful. Also no fan in the bathroom so very hot, an aircon unit in the room which wasnt very good, room extremely hot. Extra pillows provided which was good. We asked for more toilet rolls which did not materialise. . Staff were approachable and friendly."
