"Very decent hotel for the price, big room, fridge, everything needed there..reccomended! Nice restaurant downstairs."

"Hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which the staff failed to inform guests about prior to arrival. The main entrance was closed and guests entered via a mall entrance. My room, despite being cleaned had a consistently terrible odor from the bathroom. The poolside is outdated, with work actively ongoing during my visit. It was not the vacation retreat I expected. "

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the TV in our room was shattered, which immediately set a negative tone. There were no towels provided, and when we called room service to request some, we waited over two hours before receiving anything. The bathtub was also clogged and unusable during our stay. Housekeeping was another major issue, when we asked about cleaning, we were told it would be done on the third day, but no one came until it was time for us to check out. Additionally, the security guards were rude when we were simply trying to access the pool, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. There was also no hotel guide or clear instructions on how to use the elevators, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Overall, customer service was very poor, and basic standards were not met. I would not recommend staying here."

"Only had one elevator working. You’d think that’s not much of an issue but we were waiting on average 15 minutes for an elevator. When it did arrive it would be full or the lift doors would forcefully shut before you could get in. Housekeeping were rude. We once waited 3 times for the elevator to be free. We allowed the housekeepers to leave the elevator with their stuff, for the elevator doors to close with just one housekeeper in it. We pleaded for her to hold the lift, but she didn’t. Beds were uncomfortable and lumpy which really let down the overall quality of the property. Shower would go cold after just 5 minutes of it running. The apartments were clean. Being in an apartment was great but the overall quality of the property and staff manners were poor, letting the experience down. "

"This was a very affordable hotel! The room was ok! The hotel was ok, my problem is with Expedia, the pics of the hotel are absolutely deceiving, very selective pics! "

"Atrium Design District Hostel is well located in Miami. Its kitchen and patio are spacious, though they are only open from 7 AM to 10 PM each day. If I return to Miami, I would consider staying here again."
