Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked great, bathroom was clean and spacious, water was very hot, no outside noise, and beautiful view of the city. Location was perfect. We highly recommend the valet service. Can’t wait to stay here on our next trip. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I feel I got the most out of my buck. I had a beautiful view of Dallas from the 31st floor. I loved the pool. I went mid January. I had a heated pool all to myself both mornings I swam. Pool is located on the 32nd floor, so also a beautiful view! The location was perfect. I tried to stay in the area as much as possible. Downtown is sketchy at night so be careful. Breakfast was good. I ordered. I did not get the buffet. The waitress was really nice. The hotel and room were clean. Beautiful bathroom. Comfortable bed. I asked for an upgrade on my room, when I checked in. The attendant gave me one even though I paid through a third party. The attendants downstairs were so nice. Vallet guys were great. No complaints."
