Accomadating Accomdations

The owners were so kind to greet us when we arrived! The hotel is in a great location for all sight seeing in Milan. They were particularly kind about helping us with parking our rental car. It was our first time in Italy and our first time in Milan, but I wish all hotels were that warm.

Per essere un due stelle l'albergo, dalla struttura "alla buona" è una buona soluzione La camera interna non male. Struttura gestita da cinesi ospitali e molto disponibili. La vicinanza alla stazione l'han resa ottimale per le mie necessità. Colazione discreta con cornetti freschi.

Ho avuto problemi a pagare con carta di credito prepagata. Non si è capito quale fosse il problema: veniva segnalata "password non corretta" ma sono certo di averla sempre data correttamente. Magari il problema non dipendeva dall'albergo, ma sono stato costretto ad utilizzare il bancomat.

Nice hotel and covers what’s needed

Nice hotel with good rooms for comfortable stay. Great location and easy to get around once you know where to go. Added bonus of a pretty great view from the roof terrace perfect for a relax and a look Possibly need a bit more help on address and getting to the hotel and parking as this proved difficult with winding one way streets and no post code on the booking confirmation address info Great stay would go back again

B. Love didn't like this stay

Although I don't normally give bad reviews, this hotel needs a little constructive criticism. The individuals that run this hotel seem to be a family where only one individual speaks English. The room although nice and tidy visually was falling apart physically! The towel rack fell at first touch, the sink had cigarette burns on it, and there was no A/C control unit that I could use to control the temperature of the room. Now for the most tragic part of my stay! The walls of my room were as thin as paper, so all the conversations outside you will hear and the trolley that passes by every 15 minutes you will definitely here as it sounds/feels like an earthquake. I literally had to take the sheets on my bed and place it in the bathroom floor in order to drown out the noise and get some sleep. On a positive note the breakfast was OK and wifi worked incredibly well! This hotel is fit for someone who just needs a room for the night to make it through the night, but should not be considered for anything longer than a day.

Kleines Hotel in guter zentraler Lage

Service nicht unfreundlich, aber auch nicht sonderlich herzlich (business). Nachfrage beim check-in, ob rauchen wirklich erlaubt ist; Antwort ja, ja. Dann auf dem Zimmer mit zeitlichem Abstand zwei Zigaretten geraucht; um ca. 23:00 Uhr ein Anruf, der Rauch stehe im Flur ich solle doch nicht mehr rauchen.

Piccolo hotel gestito da una accogliente famiglia cinese, situato a pochi passi da Corso Buenos Aires. La stanza era molto pulita e il cambio della biancheria viene effettuato ogni giorno. La colazione modesta ma sufficiente.

좋은 위치. 가까운 지하철역/센트럴아님/ 길목에 괜찮은 레스토랑 있슴. 호텔상태 최악. 담배냄새가 새로산 옷에 물듬. 밀라노에 남은 마지막 호텔이라면 잘만함.

attenzione:non ha l' ascensore!

Debbo davvero sconsigliarlo.primo:non ha l 'ascensore e le scale sono vecchie in pietra ,ripide e strette con un pericoloso corrimano che basta un niente a cadere nella tomba delle scale.Avevo la camera al secondo piano e ho dovuto fare 8 rampe con la mia valigia pesante e la borsa del lavoro.Nessuno dei due al desktop si é sognato di aiutarmi.La camera davvero scarna senza neppure il lume sul comodino e senza cuscino e coperta di riserva nel caso facesse piú freddo.peró almeno pulita.colazione sufficente.

The hotel is located a little bit far from center

The hotel is clean but without any facilities, e.g. Safe , refrigerator. It is a little bit far from the center but there is metro station close to hotel.

Gute Lage und sehr nette chinesische Inhaber

Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, war ein Auswahlkriterium für das Hotel die Verfügbarkeit von kostenlosen Parkplätzen. Diese befinden sich im Hotel Eden im Hinterhof, den man durch eine recht enge Einfahrt erreichen kann. Da die Einfahrt geschlossen gehalten wird, kann man das eigene Fahrzeug somit für die Dauer des Aufenthalts (bei uns eine Nacht) sicher unterbringen. Der Check-In lief schnell ab, die Kommunikation auf Englisch war kein Problem. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer + Schlafsofa für drei Personen im zweiten Stock (kein Aufzug vorhanden) mit Ausblick zum Hinterhof. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, ruhig (was bei Zimmern zur Hauptstraße hin sicher weniger der Fall ist) und vor allem sauber. Da wir nur für eine Nacht gebucht hatten, waren wir aufgrund der 2-Sterne-Kategorie ein wenig unsicher, ob man sich dann zum Thema Sauberkeit viel Mühe geben würde - aber alles top! Betten frisch bezogen, Böden sauber und natürlich auch saubere Dusch-/Handtücher. Es gab lediglich minimnale "Schönheitsfehler" in der Zimmerausstattung, die aber kaum der Rede wert sind. Für unsere Besichtigung von Mailand hat uns das sehr freundliche Personal mit einem kostenlosem Reiseführer ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war solide (Kaffee- u. Orangensaftautomat, Cornflakes, frische Croissants & Brötchen, abgepackte Marmelade etc.), aber da ohne frische Käse- und Wurstbeläge sowie Obst auf Dauer wohl etwas eintönig. Aus unserer Sicht ist das Hotel vor allem für kürzere Aufenthalte sehr empfehlenswert.

bonne situation mais hôtel très décevant

hôtel déconseillé si vous espérez y faire autre chose que dormir, prévoyez vous-même un petit déjeuner, et attendez vous à être réveillé le matin par la réception vous demandant de sortir votre voiture du parking pour qu'un autre client de l'hôtel puisse sortir la sienne

Mycket enkelt hotell med bra läge nära centralstation (400m). Hårda sängar minimalt badrum där man inte kan sitta på toan då väggen är 15cm framför stolen. Litet kalt rum. lyhört från trapphus innifrån och väg + järnväg utifrån. Personal med dåliga språkkunskaper. Städat men slitet med lagade gardiner och brännmärken från cigaretter.

A cheap hotel that is expensive

The hotel management are pleasant and worked to please me during my stay so it pains me to leave a poor review but that said the hotel is quite tatty and poor quality yet I paid quite a high price for it at GBP138. I would look elsewhere for a hotel room on my next visit.

駅近、中国人経営ホテル

中国人経営のアットホームなホテルです。風呂のガラスが割れていましたが、まあまあ快適です。 リマ駅からすぐ、さらにミラノ中央駅も十分歩いて行ける距離です。 近くにスーパーもあり、大変便利です。

Otrevlig personal, dålig frukost, hårda sängar

Personalen pratar inte engelska så att man kan ha en konversation. Sängarna och kuddarna var stenhårda. Det fanns inget täcke (bara ett lakan) och ventilationen gjorde så att det drog rakt på sängen, det gick inte att ställa in ventilationen utan enda alternativet var att stänga av den nere i receptionen. Frukosten bestod av automatkaffe, en söt bakelse, multivitamindryck och mjukost. Dvs inte värt pengarna oavsett hur lite man betalat. Det ligger ett bageri och en matbutik ett kvarter från hotellet, där kan man köpa frukost i stället. Jag skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell. Hotellet lägger på en extra "avgift" per person på rumspriset.
