Hampton Inn & Suites Charlottetown
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was excellent at this property. Cleanliness, staff, comfortable beds, great breakfast! Stayed 2 nights and would highly recommend it!"
The Sydney Boutique Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Everything about the hotel was terrific. The breakfast included anything you could possibly want to have for breakfast. It was all fresh and tasty. The staff were on top of everything from cleaning the tables to keeping all the food trays and bowls refreshed. We would definitely stay here again."
The Arts Hotel
8/10 Good
"Very cool hotel. TVs in the room are a must."
Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites Charlottetown
10/10 Excellent
"At check in, Tameka, at the front desk, accommodated our request to add a day to the front of our stay. She made the adjustment that we did not need to move rooms. We were very pleased and appreciative. Our room was clean, and quiet. It was on the second floor and there is no elevator but was not a problem for us. Our interactions with any of the staff was always positive and friendly. The quality of the free breakfast was very good, continental and hot food items(scrambled eggs, sausages, baked beans). We found the location to very good as it gave us easy access to restaurants and shopping."
Brackley Beach Northwinds Inn and Suites
8/10 Good
"Awesome view and location! Room was cozy and quite clean. Needs improvement in the pool and especially the hot tub, poor condition. Thanks"
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlottetown by IHG
8/10 Good
"The room is good and clean. Staff are accommodating and helpful. Breakfast is not bad and free. Parking is free and available for a lot of cars."
Charlottetown Inn & Conference Centre
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent staff."
Blackbush Beach Resort
8/10 Good
"The Blackbush Resort is fairly new. Many inexperienced employees in training, which is okay. But whenever we brought a concern to them, they just apologized and didn't take any action, such as writing it down or saying, I will bring this to management's attention. Without follow through they will never improve to be able to appropriately train their people for a better experience to match the integrity of the resort. The continental breakfast is okay. They need to change it up and make it more interesting for people that stay more than two days, not very healthy. They need to train the staff that freshens the rooms to fully restock it so that the guest does not have to go and retrieve missing items. We did like the location even though it is a bit remote. It is still a short drive to many great locations and restaurants."
