"My 4-night stay was incredibly comfortable. Staff were hospitable and very polite, regularly checking in on me and making sure everything was okay. The breakfast is awesome! Great variety and changes daily. The room filters out most noise but there was some construction around and the usual vendor announcements that broke through— never really bothered me though. The location is very convenient to the beach and not a far Grab ride to everything. One thing that did bother me was the massage i got on the first day. Was really was disappointing. I communicated with reception i wanted a firm massage that used oil because the Thai massage they offered involved stretching and no oil…was probably the worst massage in my life…she stretched me, used next to no oil, hot stones and had no rhythm. Aside from the massage everything felt really luxurious and went smoothly!"
