"Since the floors of the hotel are situated on floors 26-30, most rooms have a great view. The theme is 19th century English I believe so it’s quite unique in that manner. I would opt for the breakfast buffet as it’s large and covers both western and Japanese cuisines."

The room features a centralized switch for all lights and air conditioning at the bedside, and the internet service is reliable and fast. Despite occasional language barriers, the reception team excels in guest service. Pretti and N. Nakayama stand out for going above and beyond to assist, even when other staff have limited English skills."
