"Many great things about this property. Prime location, attentive staff, enjoyable pools and water features to name a few. The building doesn’t have a new feel and we were frustrated by the lack of elevators. Our room had a great view of the pools and the ocean but because of the elevator placement we had to walk over a third of a mile to get to our car in the self park lot. It’s one of the poorest design I have seen. "

The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and right across the street from great restaurants and convenient grab-and-go spots. Marinela was a wonderful host—kind, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. We’d happily come back!"

"Extremely friendly and responsive staff. Well maintained rooms, pools and grounds. Food, drink and marketplace offer delicious and thoughtful options. Fantastic location for all you’d want to do in Kauai, but you could also stay and never need to leave the property. The design of property, especially pool areas, were a safe place for our kids to play and roam. Staying at Koloa Landing Resort is one of the best family vacation experiences we’ve had. We look forward to returning and sharing our positive experience with others."

"We didn’t have extra sheets/bedding for the pull out sofa and had to ask the front staff. Otherwise, clean condo, kitchen is nice and easy access to the beach. "

"The location of the condo was great and we loved being able to walk to the beach every day. You can hear some street traffic but it didn’t bother us. The condo is clean, well stocked and was very accurate to the listing. I really appreciated how the final house keeping cost was already included in the unit price. We would definitely stay again!"

"This unit is in an awesome location! Walkable to Poipu beach, convenient access to multiple parts of the island, and easy parking. Hosts communicated super well and left a lovely gift the family enjoyed eating! Beach towels provided and exchanged for fresh ones by the resort was so nice - less laundry for me during vacation. We only used the pool which was across a busy road at a local athletic club, on the morning of check out, but we were there for the beach - so this was not an issue for us. The only way this stay could have been even better would be more comfortable beds (especially the pull out). Still, we’d book here again on a future visit. "
