"The good: convenient to grocery store next door. Linens were clean.
The bad: room was dirty, had roaches, our feet were quickly filthy just from walking in the carpet, old liquid splashed on the walls and never cleaned. No housekeeping over three day stay."

"Great place! the brewery was a lot of fun everybody was super nice and accommodating. Beautiful place with an unreal vibe! I will definitely be coming back again!"
"This was a perfect family house. Room for all to sprawl out and the beach area with provided boats was perfect. We had the chance to have a fire down by the water a couple of nights. Definitely plan on coming back."
"This is a well kept property with plenty of beds for a family reunion. Spacious living room and back deck. Nice kitchen with center island that includes a large dining room table. The property is about 5 minutes away from nearby grocery stores and restaurants. There is water access at the bottom of the property that you can launch kayaks/canoes from. The host was very responsive and helped us out with any questions. All in all it was a great place to spend time at."
Cottage in the woods with a firepit, grill, washer/dryer, & AC - dog-friendly
10/10 Excellent
"I absolutely loved my stay at the Red Cottage and it is my favorite place that I've stayed while visiting Wilmington. Peaceful, plenty roomy, less than 10 minutes to town and even closer to the lake. I have Celiac so have to bring items like a toaster to avoid cross-contamination but the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The team was super responsive even before my stay. Highly recommend and look forward to my next visit! "
