"Really awful management, had to cancel our stay due to a medical emergency. Had asked management for a letter of cancellation or no show for my insurance policy and they’ve ignored all requests and have refused to provide evidence which means we can’t even go through the travel insurance to get some of the money back. Really disgraceful service and would advise to stay away from booking with such an awful company due to the lack of general help."

"Great location looking out over Funchal - lovely pool/ cafe area to relax at and very friendly, helpful staff. Well served by local bus into town - only walked back once due to the steep incline and busy, narrow roads. Would stay there again"

Babosas Village by Our Madeira

10/10 Excellent

"Much more than a room in a hotel. More like a small luxury apartment. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Happy polite and helpful staff who go above and beyond for customers. Beautiful location with stunning views. Ease of access to toboggans, cable cars, and Monte palace gardens. Reliable and prompt bus service direct from hotel to Funchal and back. I had the best stay and was extremely sad to leave 😞"
