"This is a great location in a very pretty area of Wales. It is ideal for walks in Southern Snowdonia. The little house is very comfortable and well situated within Dolgellau. The only challenging aspect of the property is that it is on 3 levels with the bedroom on the top floor and the bathroom on the bottom floor. This was communicated to us but it could be an issue if you don't like stairs. Otherwise everything was excellent. We had no issues with parking right in front of the house."
