"Huge house for family to share, wish we can stay even longer to well use the house and enjoy the Aso National park more! Great facilities like kitchen, washing machine and jacuzzi bath tub."

"Hotel is an older facility, so our Japanese style room had a little musty odor and facilities were a little dated. Service staff at front desk and restaurants were fantastic. We had a half board plan; the sukiyaki dinner was OK and breakfast was excellent."

"Excellent, well-appointed onsen. Not fancy “western spa” but a great opportunity to experience a rural onsen in a small mountain town. Very helpful staff. Beautiful rooms. Couldn’t be better."

"Great location!"

"A nice ryokan with nice keseiki dinner. The private bath is nice. Place is clean and well maintained."

"Lovely place up in the hills"

"We stayed in a room with a private indoor and outdoor bath. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing experience. Check in and check out were a breeze and all of the staff were wonderfully welcoming. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and the short walk into town allowed us to explore all of the charming shops and restaurants that Yufuin had to offer."

"Top quality accommodation. Super clean , very spacious. Plenty of parking. Onsen is spectacular "

"A great little hidden gem in this area - we stayed here as a stopover to our next location. Room was clean and super cozy. Staff was very nice and helpful with us settling in. Location is very quaint and I loved all the statues decorating the place. The bath was super nice! Would recommend staying here and getting the dinner & breakfast experience - the food smelt so good! "The food options were excellent — fresh, delicious, and varied. The bed was very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’re already planning to return. Thank you."

"self online check in was very simple and efficient. the house was spectacularly clean and in a very quiet area; perfect for a weekend getaway however, the hotspring was not available and the sauna was only until 22:00 there was no curtains so the rooms were all bright when the sun started rising. kitchen was fully equipped. we were a family of 6; 4 adults and 2kids. but none of the equipments were for 6ppl; we found 5 pairs of slippers and 5 toothbrush only.
