"Terrible room. Window to the inside of the hotel (lobby). Very loud due to travel groups while checking in and out around the clock. Additional room was located between elevator and cleaning room for the staff. Couldn’t be worse for my birthday trip that I planned to be nice and special in a decent hotel."

"The hotel is very quiet and close to the old town without being in the centre of all the noise. The breakfast had a range of bread, meats, and cheeses which was a nice start to the day. The hotel was clean and the staff pleasant."

"The location is excellent — right in the city centre with easy access to all parts of the city. The room is larger than most of the other twin bedrooms we’ve stayed in before. It was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. Given these conditions, we found the price reasonable and good value for money. What made our stay even better was the kind staff member, Sabina. Our flight was delayed for a few days, and we encountered some other issues as well. She patiently helped us by calling the airline’s local office and speaking with them on our behalf to resolve the problems. We had a very good experience staying here and would highly recommend it!"

The location is excellent, just steps away from the Old Town. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and completely quiet from external noise, featuring a comfortable bed, mini-fridge, and kettle. Breakfast was outstanding-fresh, delicious, and offered a commendable variety. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and sincerely appreciate the effort made to make my visit to Tbilisi so special!
