"Nice older building. Despite the nicks, dings, old furnishings, and imperfections the hotel has a very nice atmosphere. Additionally, the staff are all exceptionally nice. I suggest visiting the bar if you enjoy a nice quiet conversation with a pint. There was a great selection of beers. I would highly recommend a visit to the Great Malvern Priory church. "Very good staff, excellent safe parking for my motorbike. Food excellent and decent price, I don’t usually go for set meals but it worked for me. Beer is spot on ales. Butty Bach is served well. My ONLY gripe was that the room was 36deg because no one had bothered to open windows and ventilate it. The whole night it only dropped to 27deg with all windows open. Otherwise I would have given it more stars. Also the ‘continental’ breakfast is basically toast and cereals, no fresh coffee. "

St John was an amazing host and had such great knowledge of the bus lines and how to get into the more touristy areas like the Cotswolds. Very helpful and accommodating. I thought the room was lovely. For a single room it was very spacious and clean. I absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend. "
