"Kerime at family selection was an excellent help during our stay. All of the staff was gracious and helpful. We had to stay an extra night because of our flight cancellations and the staff helped us stay in the same room to optimize our comfort! The food was delicious at Isla Blanca and all the restaurants. The pools were clean and there were plenty of chairs to relax on. The beach was clean, little to no seagrassum. Would come back here with my family!"

The hospitality was exceptional, and every staff member went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. What truly stood out was how responsive and accommodating they were. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, I could simply send a message, and within minutes—often less than five—they had everything sorted out. That level of service is rare and made my stay completely stress-free. The team’s kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel right at home. It’s clear they truly care about their guests and take pride in providing an outstanding experience. Thank you to everyone at Planet Hollywood Hotel for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. I’d like to give a special BIG thankyou to Dana and David for all their help and support I am incredibly grateful and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and genuine hospitality."

"The staff was amazing and so kind. The food was incredible for an all inclusive and there were so many fun activities. We really enjoyed the Riu Party; which they do a great job promoting and it was honestly so much fun. The price was superb, especially compared to other more expensive all-inclusives in the area. "Overall we had a nice stay at Secrets Playa Blanca, with both highlights and frustrations.The resort is beautiful, easy to navigate, and exceptionally clean. Our room was spotless throughout our stay, and the staff overall were friendly and helpful. A special thank you to our butlers, Eduardo and Duran, who went above and beyond with communication, reservations, and making my husband’s birthday extra special. Angela, Carin, Oscar, and our housekeeper Alan were also outstanding.We stayed in a Preferred Club swim-out room and enjoyed it, especially in the mornings. The PC infinity pool is quieter than the main pool. The swim-up bar was often crowded. The beach had significant seaweed and red flags throughout our stay, which was disappointing, but we still enjoyed relaxing by the water. The men’s dinner dress code is stricter than necessary for a beach vacation atmosphere, so plan accordingly. Dining favorites included the gyoza at Himitsu, the short rib tacos and beef soup at Seaside Grill, and the french onion soup and pork belly at Bordeaux. Coco Café quickly became one of our favorite spots.The resort is about an hour from the airport, so I recommend arranging transportation in advance. There is not much nearby, so plan to enjoy the resort amenities and entertainment, which were excellent. My biggest frustration was the vacation club presentation. What was presented as a 90-minute informational breakfast became a much longer sales presentation and left a negative impression."

"The resort was very clean and always a friendly employee nearby to serve. The pools were nice and there was constant access to food :) Our only setback was that we were unaware of the daily schedule of what the hotel offered their guests at no extra charge, so we missed out on the paddle boarding & boat tours, etc. But it was a great family trip & we had a wonderful time!"
