"We had the most amazing stay at TRS Coral Hotel with my friends and I genuinely can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, our butlers Sergio and Ana took incredible care of us. They were attentive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They even made my birthday feel really special, which I’ll never forget. It felt personal, warm, and truly well taken care of. The ambiance of the resort was a solid 10/10—beautiful, relaxing, and exactly the kind of luxury getaway we were looking for. The staff across the entire property were consistently warm, welcoming, and respectful, which made the experience even better. Food-wise, it was a bit mixed, but overall still enjoyable. We didn’t get to try everything, but Helios and Capricho were great for breakfast and definitely stood out for us. Overall, the service and atmosphere carried the experience in the best way. We left feeling well taken care of, appreciated, and honestly a little spoiled. We will absolutely be coming back again—that’s a promise. If you come here request Sergio and Ana as your butlers you will not be disappointed. I miss them already!"

"Just got back from Planet Hollywood Cancún and had an awesome experience overall. A huge shoutout to Dana and David at concierge—they truly made the trip extra special. They were constantly checking in, making sure I had everything I needed, and went above and beyond to help with anything that came up. If you’re considering room options, the junior swim-out is 100% worth it. Having that easy access to the pool made a big difference and added a really relaxing, upgraded feel to the stay. The food across the resort was solid, with plenty of options to keep things interesting. My favorite by far was Gusto, the Italian restaurant—definitely don’t skip that one. Great service, great atmosphere, and a really fun place to unwind. Would absolutely come back."
