"Kerime at family selection was an excellent help during our stay. All of the staff was gracious and helpful. We had to stay an extra night because of our flight cancellations and the staff helped us stay in the same room to optimize our comfort! The food was delicious at Isla Blanca and all the restaurants. The pools were clean and there were plenty of chairs to relax on. The beach was clean, little to no seagrassum. Would come back here with my family!"

"This was a real oasis! There was such attention to detail - even the garden pathways were meticulously cured daily and lined with beautiful conch shells. Breakfast was abundant and made fresh upon order. We were provided with plenty of fresh drinking water and ice. The staff were excellent! The beach was not exclusively private. The lounge chairs were shared with another hotel and the beach was literally “invaded” with tourist boats (43 just past the buoy). Also the music from the beach club...

"Property was very pretty, clean and staff was amazing!! No complaints about those things! Now for my complaints- pools closing at 6pm- that sucks! I never found 17 pools as described I think they are counting the private pools off the rooms? But the ones we used were fine. The adults only area is not just adults only you have to be staying on that side and have a special bracelet which sucks! When booking through Expedia you don’t that information! The food- subpar to say the least edible but nothing to rave about! Which was sad to me! And again ran into this needed a certain bracelet to get into a restaurant for brunch! Lame! Air conditioning was great! Room was great, beds were comfortable! Plenty of towels! I would return but most likely won’t"

"There is no shade. People were hiding in the shadows of the lazy river. They were at the pool bar drinking and floating. Few restrooms. You either run to the room or wait in line. Who knows how they relieved themselves. Figuring out meals was terrible. We were forced to use room service. Food not good except lunch buffet. Lobby bar is nice but drinks are tiny. No service around the pool unless you are next to the bar or make friends with staff. Pools are great but you have to really be careful about restrooms. They asked me about my divorced wife to try to sell me something. Resturants are a mystery. Sometimes open or not and the app is a useless website. The resort is new and is in good shape, staff seems nice. No nightly entertainment unless you like bowling and gambling. We saw a show which was good but the other guests made the show barely watchable they were so drunk. This is a college frat or wanna be frat resort that could be nice if they were focused on keeping real frequent travelers instead of selling privileged rooms to fake frat boys and family. I was invited back. My neighbors playing loud music at 11pm and making out like girls gone wild pointed me in another direction. Overall, no thanks."

"My husband and I recently stayed at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres and had an exceptional experience. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and offers the perfect mix of luxury and relaxation. The beach, pools, and overall atmosphere made it easy to unwind. We upgraded to the Preferred Club, which was well worth it, and also enjoyed a wonderful spa experience. The dining was excellent, with the hibachi dinner being a standout. A special thank you to our butlers, Eddy and Angel, who were attentive, professional, and always available to help. Their outstanding service truly enhanced our stay. Overall, every aspect of our visit exceeded expectations, and we would gladly recommend Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres to anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway."

"This was our second visit to RIU Latino this year. We came in March with our friend group and again this June with our adult children. We had the same stellar service, food that was higher quality than so many other resorts I’ve visited, and a vibe that is fresh, clean, and FUN. We love adults only atmospheres and appreciated the humor and enthusiasm of the entertainment staff. The shows, the mariachi band, the daytime pool games…all kept a smile on our faces . If we had any negatives it would be that we hate having to use room keys instead of having a wrist band that’s easy to keep track of. We all lost our cards or accidentally left them in our rooms at least once. Otherwise an amazing visit! Don’t miss the lobster rice at the Kulinarium and if you want the best morning waitress in the buffet or Pepe’s, it’s Esly. She recognized us immediately, gave hugs and was so excited to take care of us and now our kids. She made us feel like family. We will be watching for another great deal to send us back!!"
