"I went during The Roots Picnic and the hotel was hopping. The staff was polite, professional and quick to handle every need. The spaces are chic and have an uptown sophistication. I will warn that the walls are thin and your neighbors can hear you; pack headphones. I'd suggest getting coffee from Elixir Coffee and go to the rooftop for a proper morning sunrise."

"The hotel was a bit run down once you passed the lobby. Most staff was helpful. Parking was expensive to not have any direct access to the hotel- after parking your car you have to walk all the way through the parking garage and outside to the front of the hotel. One a more positive note: the hotel is super close to many historical sites."

"I arrived before check in and asked the receptionist if she was able to hold my luggage. I was told no. The very next day, the entire receptionist area behind her was full of luggage they were holding for other guests. The luggage was still there on Monday when I checked out. Despite the hours of operation sign next to the 10th floor diner saying otherwise, I came to discover the diner was closed on Sundays and Mondays. However, I saw guests eating there Monday. Between the receptionist lying to my face about the ability to hold luggage and the mixed information about the diner, I had an aggravating experience."

"The overall hotel is terrible. The rooms are extremely small and dirty. The hotel was highly overpriced because it was a festival and I really want a refund because the hotel was so disgusting. The employees were nice. There was one who was rude at night. The hotel needs severe renovations before ever ever ever charging someone $300 per night"
