"Great hotel! The staff is amazing. Good breakfast buffet. Excellent location near everything. The room was spacious and updated. The shower water pressure was not good and it was hard to control the cold/hot water. They also shut down the power from 11am-1pm when we checked out. That was an inconvenience. Same with the shuttle, they did not have a shuttle on Sunday until 5pm? Strange. Overall, a great stay, We would stay here again."

"This was one of the best stays during our trip in Cusco/Sacred Valley. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, great hot showers, well designed rooms, courteous staff, delicious breakfast, and they even pack you a doggy bag if you have an early morning tour that starts before their breakfast time (for our stay we were provided water bottles, sandwiches, bananas, apples, 7 types of mini snacks, and juice boxes)"

"The interior design of the hotel was traditional. Our room was huge, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was centrally located to the pickup points to the different tours. I also loved it that everything was conveniently located nearby: laundry service, convenience store, supermarket, and pharmacy. I availed of several massages at the massage spa located inside the hotel. I want to make special mention of the fruits they have available at breakfast buffet: mangoes, papaya, passion fruit, melon, and even gooseberry. We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel."
