"The stay was overall decent. The room was comfortable and clean, but nothing exceptional. The bathroom, particularly the shower area, could definitely use a better design—it felt a bit inconvenient. The view from the room was quite average, which was a bit disappointing considering the price. It did feel slightly on the expensive side for what was offered. Also, the city tax was charged separately, which wasn’t very clear at the time of booking. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there’s room for improvement, especially in terms of value for money."

"The overall experience has been very good. The room was fairly small compared to hotels in North America but I guess that is understandable given real estate value in Switzerland. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel."

"This is a great place to stay within walking distance from train station and old town. Breakfast buffet was included. Small storage room was provided for luggage as we arrived in early morning. Elevator available. Staff accommodating and gave sight seeing information and directions. Room was clean. Bathtub a bit high for anyone with limited mobility. Otherwise stay was perfect for our needs."

"It's a good hotel for a one- or two-night stay; nothing fancy or luxurious. The hotel's location is its advantage—close to the main train station and downtown streets."

"Hotel Stoller is a fine place, reasonably priced option. Clean and normal-sized room, nice shower. Very good breakfast options and various other coffee shops and cafes nearby. The tram system- the main way most people travel around Zurich- has several stops right outside the hotel which is very convenient; it's about a 10 minute ride to the main train station and center of town/old town. A good option for Zurich."

"Bed could be moved closer to the windows to create more space to place luggage. The platform space near the windows were wasted."
