We had specifically reserved a deluxe balcony room. Additionally, we requested a room near the elevator due to my senior citizen mother, who has difficulty walking long distances. However, no such room was provided.
Instead, we were given a downgraded room without a balcony. When we raised this issue and requested a refund for not being provided the booked room category, the hotel refused to process any refund.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to poor room readiness, lack of consideration for special requests, and unsatisfactory resolution of the issue."
