"The only thing this hotel is missing is laundry facilities - other than that, it’s perfect! The staff were so friendly, breakfast every morning was delicious, and the rooms were very clean. It’s in a perfect spot for commuting into Tokyo, as the train station is only about a minute down the road. I would highly recommend this hotel to any tourists coming to Japan and wanting a nice, convenient place to stay."

"We stayed here one night and found it to be in a good location with convenient access to the train station and a 7-11 downstairs. Even though you’re in the middle of a busy area the room was quiet. Unfortunately the room doors in this hotel are not sound proofed at all so you’ll hear everything that happens in the hallway as if it’s inside your room, but thankfully most people just come and go quickly. The room AC blows right onto the bed which was a bit annoying but you can turn down the fan speed to help with that. A functional business hotel with no major frills, it was fine for what we needed. We would consider staying again thanks to the convenient location."

"Hotel is only a couple minutes walking distance away from C6 exit for the Ikebukuro rail / subway station and Tobu department store. Seibu, Parco and Bic Camera are on the other side (east) of the Ikebukuro station. One Family Mart and a 7-11 are nearby for anyone needing a quick bite - sandwiches, soft-boiled eggs and ice cream. Rooms are reasonably spacious and clean. Limited housekeeping means staffs only enter room to empty trash and replace towels if guest posts sign on the door before 11am. They do not make beds. Ikebukuro station has a large underground interconnect, great for rainy days. It can feel busy and a little chaotic during commute hours, but being only one stop away from Shinjuku on two JR East lines, a good alternative if one finds Shinjuku too expensive to stay but still wants the conveniences."
