The only disappointment was the front desk receptionist who was on her phone the whole time we were checking getting checked in by another staff, unfriendly no smile mo eye contact to guests its odd to be in hospitality business but clearly don’t have the basic qualities for it."

"The staff was nice and the hotel room was standard Hampton quality. Location is great - a two block walk to downtown Mountain View with lots of restaurants. The cons are that the central location means you can hear the train which runs until late at night. The fire slammer went off at 12:37 AM each of the three nights we were there, with no explanation or apology . The breakfast was more limited than typical for a Hampton, and some items being removed an hour before the end of breakfast time. "

"I checked in, went to my room and immediately left and found other accommodations. Although the accommodations were fine and the staff was friendly enough, personal safety was a HUGE concern - especially for someone travelling alone. Driving through the parking lot, there were cars that appeared to have people living in them. Within the lobby, next to the check-in desk were large signs pertaining to stopping human trafficking. "

"We were first time at the property. It was super clean. Just the staff could have provided us with a better view which was told to us when we booked the property. Other than that I would give it 100 on all other areas"
