"Great stay but I have some complaints. staff was very nice.Check-in was absolute chaos and no one knew where to go. We had a premium room but checkin instructions did not tell us such, and we stood in the wrong line for 40 mins. We were supposed to check-in on the 32nd flood since we had a club room. Our room was very nice overall. View was amazing. However, the room was very dusty and there were dead bugs all over the windows and in the lights. The floor in the bathroom was heavily damaged. There was mold in the shower grout and some of the miniblinds were damaged. not really the experience I expected for $800 per night."

"I was expecting more of the hotel as I read a review where they were amazing. Most of the staff were really nice and helpful. We had an incident where one of the staff address my husband as if he was a homeless just because he was working at 2 am on the lobby making business calls. Maybe it was language barrier but he use the wrong word as it was obvious my husband was not homeless as he was well dress and working. Other than that it was really good, everyone else were really nice."

"Room size was decent but carpet was noticeably worn out in areas. Breakfast was ok but selection does not change from day to day. Location is close to ginza with easy access to several train lines. Underground walkways useful for when it rains."

"My second stay at this hotel as the first was that good. It’s in a fairly quiet part of the city but is superbly located to get around. This time, I didn’t feel like the gentleman on check-in was quite as polite as the rest of the staff I encountered - I might say he seemed bored - and I do think it’s a little bit of a disappointment not to have a daily makeup service (which was the case on my first visit) but the rest of the hotel is just fantastic. The location is superb, close to the metro, shops and restaurants, as well as the stunning Tokyo Tower, and the room was of a good size and brilliantly maintained on the day I checked in two further times during my stay."

"It was unfortunate that there were some construction works next door during our stay. It will be ideal that the hotel made it known to all guests before they make the booking so that guests are made aware of the noise level during the stay. Other than that, the room was nice and compact. Location is great. Staff were really helpful. We can extend late checkout with additional charges, which we are happy to pay as our flight was in the evening."
