"On a positive note, we did have an oceanfront room on the 3rd floor and we did feel safe here. Our kitchenette was poorly stocked; no silverware, a small saucepan and 1 small frying pan with peeling non stick interior. The stove was filthy inside and out. Needless to say, we did not cook any meals. Staff is not on site and you must call a phone number for service. All pools indoor and out were not operational and in need of service. Our bedding was questionable as to whether it had been changed; and I say that because the sheets were not tucked tightly and did not appear freshly made. We have stayed here the last 3 years and were disappointed to see the condition of the property deteriorating as it is. We could have stayed at a better property for less $$$"

"Our “cottage” was a bit run down but certainly habitable. If it were mine, I’d gut it and do a complete remodel. It needed it. Beds were comfy. Location was good. Less than a minute walk to the beach which was accessible from the property. If you don’t need luxury, then you’ll be fine here, but if you’re looking for a 4 or 5 star, this ain’t it."

"A friend and I planned a girls getaway and this cottage was perfect! It was conveniently located and was spotless! We had plenty of room to spend time together and to have some quiet time in our own bedrooms. We are already planning another stay this fall and we’ll definitely book this cottage if available. Thank you Jeanne for a wonderful time in your beautiful cottage. We loved our time there!!"
