"Incredible location literally in the heart of taksim yet, a few streets down from the main avenue İstiklal which means you don't get the crazy hustle and bustle of Taksim- recently refurbished building which was very clean with a very helpfull staff that went beyond to make our stay very pleasant. The room was cozy and the bed was very confortable- would definitely come back here.."

"An absolutely fantastic hotel right in the heart of everything. We were two girls travelling after a work trip elsewhere and this hotel provided the luxury and comfort we were looking for. We were upgraded to a VIP transfer to/from the airport and greeted every morning by amazing staff. The breakfast was great, in walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do and came back to extremely clean rooms every evening. My only slight issue was that the breakfast options would be a bit limited...

"チェックイン時の部屋が用意してなく、広い部屋なので2人でどうか？と提案される。結局2時間近くまたされた。 ドアの建て付けが悪くドアが開かなくなり閉じ込められたので部屋の内線電話は壊れており友人にスタッフに開けてもらうようお願いしたが、スタッフ自体が不在でホテルに来るのは2時間後とスタッフの知り合いに言われるしまつ。他にもTVのリモコンが壊れておりボリュームが勝手にMAXになる。 トイレの水を流したら止まらないでずっと流れてる。ホテルエントランスはスタッフと友人がゲームをして占領している。 大変な思いをしたホテルです。"
