"We found the hotel to be in a great place for the Glasshouse,and Newcastle.Parking was available nearby,which was handy.The breakfast on the morning was excellent,with a lovely bar area for relaxing close to the restaurant. All the staff were very courteous and friendly,and would recommend a stay here."

"This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here, can’t fault it at all, Rooms clean and cleaned every day, bar and food in pub and pizza place attached very good. I had duck tacos and sweet potato fries twice that’s how good they were. Pizza was also good and very filling. Plenty of car parking, all staff were lovely and helpful."

"Great hotel, great bar and great staff. Except the moody man who stands at the entrance asking guests to ID themselves at night when going back to their room. I’m a paying guest with a key card I don’t want to be disturbed by a miserable staff member who doesn’t smile. Put a key card entry on the door and then guests can let themselves in without been scrutinised. Other than that the hotel was great and I would recommend."

"Great location 10mins to centre over the millennium bridge, room with a view over the river.. parking wasn’t a problem, limited spaces Bed was comfortable Over all would definitely stay there again."
