"I liked the thought of a kitchen. Fully stocked means bare minimum on dishes and silverware. Dishwasher didn't work. Garbage disposal had horrible odor. I ran hot water and soap down it. Refrigerator also looks clean but has odor. Bedroom was great size bedding was great.the pillows were my favorite part. 1 out of 4 staff I interacted with was pleasant the rest were rude, 1 was insulting. The elevator is at one end of the building, naturally our room was at the opposite, No ceiling fans in any of the rooms, one might be nice. Room Decor was great, light choices were helpful. No light in closet but ironing board. Towels were clean and white. I appreciated the dove products in refillable bottles on wall and shower. Better for the environment and less to drag around with you in your suitcase. Location is close to airport, mall, grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. You have short travel to see ocean and lighthouses."

"The pullout mattress looked like someone had been murdered on it. Dark stains all over. Absolutely horrible. Additionally, I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and this is the first one that I could hear every footstep the room above us made. "

"Room was OK. The door did not close completely and lock, we had to deadbolt because the door itself would not close and lock so the key to the room was pointless. No coffee in the morning, was empty at breakfast approximately 745am. Toilet in bathroom was clogged when we arrived, fixed ourselves so no further complications. Expect more from Hilton as a member that travels frequently. "

"Parking was straightforward. Did not try the breakfast. The entire hotel had an odd scent - like overly powerful perfume. The room wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t clean. There were stains on the mattress cover and it appeared like it hadn’t been changed in a while. Stains on the floor. Weird stains on the walls in the bathroom. It looked like the shower head was going to fall off if you attempted to move it. The stopper on the sink was broken so the water drained slowly. The office chair for the desk was broken. The television was extremely small maybe 27” but it looked like there used to be a bigger wall mounted one at some point. There was a cannabis store sticker on the bedside table. The gentleman who checked us in was straightforward- did not ask how we were and immediately asked for payment card and ID. The room key cards were sticky and the little holder they came in was bent (reused maybe?). Overall, the room served its purpose but we wouldn’t stay here again."

"Air conditioning system was making loud clap every 10 minutes, not restful sleep. We arrived late at night, so unfortunately, did not notice right away. We reserved two rooms via Expedia. Upon arrival we were told we have only one room reserved. At the end, hotel was able to find another room for us,"
