"Large room with plenty of space, even with the sofa bed pulled out. Parking lot was well maintained. There was a nice sized *clean* area to walk dogs with bags and a disposal. The smokers' station was covered, though not protected from the wind (hazard of being a smoker). Not the most comfortable bed, but the other guests in the party didn't mind them at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my better stays in Norfolk."

"This hotel exceeded expectations. Bed comfort was amazing, HVAC was comfortable, glass door shower was splendid. Everything was well maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food options and was plentiful. Lobby coffee and tea 24 hours was welcome. The walking trail around the lake was perfect for walking our dog, and our 4th floor room had a great view of lake. I would like to give a shout out to Aerie, our waitress at breakfast one morning who provided excellent shopping...
