"The stay was honestly better than we anticipated. When we arrived there was a little bit of a miscommunication through the booking but Stacy at the front desk so amazing and accommodated us! The room was absolutely great and the environment was awesome!"

"Great location with easy beach access on the River estuary. Perfect for families with young children. Lots of bird activity with the usual suspects. Room was clean and comfortable, with nice deck and window-view dining table. Breakfast offerings very limited, but plenty of coffee and hot water for tea."

"The resort is nice because you can walk down to the ocean. You can do bonfire or use the gas fireplaces right behind the resort. Only minor thing was the smell of cigarette when we walked in. We enjoined our stay just had to air out the room first."

"This was a great option that was among the most budget-friendly, especially for places within walking distance of Nye Beach! The staff was friendly, the pool and hot tub and sauna were all great. I would recommend this place for anyone heading to Newport!"

"Clean room comfortable beds,AC was great, parking great. you are 2 blocks from beach with limited view from top floor, small balcony & only rooms on West side have this view.Norma's Restaurant is the best (walking distance) & Moe's close too"
