"The staff are extremely friendly and efficient and nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is very good. Cleanliness in all areas of the hotel is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay at The Quay."

"Nice upgrade to a sea view room as it is my birthday. Enjoyed our stay, the only thing was the shower was not very powerful so coukdnt wash my hair and no shower head only the small attachment that usually comes with the shower!"
Celtic Royal Hotel & Spa

"We were surprised to find that guests have to pay an additional fee for parking. The building is quite old, so the ventilation wasn’t great and the room felt quite stuffy. Even though it was already the end of August, the room still felt quite warm and poorly ventilated. At night, there was also quite a lot of noise coming from the hotel kitchen downstairs, which was quite disturbing. Apart from these points, the staff were all very nice and friendly."
