"The rooms were not very clean, and they were very noisy at night and we couldn't sleep because it is close to the train road. Breakfast was not included either. "

"The rooms are not in good condition. They are ok, but cleanliness is not great. The beds are so old and saggy. The vacation club selling is icky and the employees dont give you the time of day once u arent interested in attending one if their info sessions. I left a pair of pjs behind, ive been calling the hotel and constantly put on hold for long times, so I hang up and do it all over again. Still not resolved. The spa is the only somewhat redeeming part of this place. ."
