"Listing states the property is 2 bedrooms plus a loft. Please note that the second bedroom is located in a separate structure that is not attached to the house. This was not clear in the listing. If you are staying with small children, I would not recommend this property.Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. The floors in the separate structure had clearly not been cleaned. The patio furniture was covered in mold and the dock was in desperate need of a power wash. In addition, the trash can was overflowing from previous guests and the shed had 3, full bags of trash.The property does have A/C. However, it was 89 degrees inside upon our arrival. Be prepared to allow time for the house to cool down.The locks on the doors to both structures do not function properly and can be pushed open with minimal effort which is an obvious concern.The kitchen is minimally stocked and the coffee maker is broken.Communication with the host started off great. However, once these concerns were brought to her attention, communication stopped. The aesthetic of the property is adorably decorated with a lovely view of the lake. Having said that, I would not recommend due to the multiple concerns above."
