"This motel was the best and nicest clean and spacius room right next to the ocean. Cedar and her husband are the owners and are the nicest people. My husband and I were asking Cedar if there was a more scenic way back home when we leave rather than the highway. She told us and was so nice to even text me the directions herself. I felt like I knew her all my life. Definitely recommend staying here. "

"The rooms are not modern, but they are clean and comfortable. Location, location, location. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance. (Although some shops only opened on the weekend after Labor Day). Beach is directly across the street. Heated pool was a plus. Planning to return next year. "
"What a wonderful place! Very friendly service by Dole! Yummy home-made breakfasts! Quiet at night with quality beds and bedding! Sparkling clean bathroom. Huge bedrooms. Central location within 2 minutes walk to York Beach and Harbor. Host freely shared information about the surrounding area, including restaurants, beaches, parking, directions, etc. We absolutely enjoyed staying here, and over the years, we have stayed in many lodgings -- and this trumps them all! We intend to return!"
"Great location near shops restaurants and the Marginal Way. Lovely room ,very comfortable bed, nice linens and large bathroom. They accommodated early check in so we enjoyed the entire day.
Since it is a luxury inn they should have someone to help guests carry luggage upstairs.

"Perfect location to walk everywhere! The location is so pretty, clean and very well taken care of. The room was very comfortable with a sitting area, balcony and kitchenette.

"My wife had a wonderful stay at the Inn. It was our second visit, though the ownership has changed since we were last here (two years ago). The staff were attentive, warm, and professional throughout. The room was nicely appointed -- with a functional kitchen, walk-in shower, and deep, modern soaking tub. Location is terrific, close to the Marginal Way, restaurants, and downtown Ogunquit (okay, maybe a 15-20 minute walk). Just a wonderful place to stay in beautiful Ogunquit!"
