"We enjoyed 9 nights in the Rama Shinta suite - it is HUGE!!!!
Lovely room. Immaculately clean. Lovely tranquil resort. Fabulous service particularly in the Palace Lounge where we enjoyed a great breakfast, occasional afternoon tea and lovely cocktails and canapés each evening.
Amazing staff. The usual warm, friendly and professional service we’ve received everywhere in Bali.
The local area was great place to be too. Nusa Dua is lush."

"Zimmer war groß und geräumig, immer sauber, Balkon könnte größer sein, zu zweit doch etwas eng. Pools schön, Anlage gepflegt, Frühstückbüffet ausreichend und auch etwas abwechslungsreich, Personal mega freundlich und zuvorkommend."

"Stunning grounds, beautiful facilities we stayed in the palace section of the hotel very accommodating, very friendly, food very consistent staff very accommodating even with a late flight offered us to use the facilities including a meal at the palace for snack time.
