"The Hotel is in a great location! Walkable to Market square and World's fair. The Indoor heated pool is really not warm enough. No jacuzzi as well. Hayden at the reception desk was really nice and accomodating. Ms. Kat was awesome with us and the girls during our breakfast. She is a Star employee! "

"We recommend it highly. The hotel is clean, safe, staff is friendly, and the breakfast was great (scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt with granola and other fixings, a belgian waffle machine, breads, etc. + coffee and juice). It is super close to the airport and close enough to Knoxville DT. The highway outside is busy, but not a problem overall. There is a Ruby Tuesday next door and a few other restaurant options nearby."

"My friend and I stayed here on a girls’s trip and was met with very hard beds. It was like sleeping on pavement. The walls are paper thin so you could hear EVERYTHING going on around you. The AC kept cutting off so the air temperature was not consistent so we were hot and cold the entire time. Overall we will not be coming back here to stay again. "
