"A bit hard to find first, it’s in the main building adjacent to the station, very convenient if you try to visit hakone or mt omuro, Shinzuka. Room are bit dated but most spacious we stayed in Japan. Room is neat and clean, it feels like a four star hotel for sure. "
"We had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent. Breakfast and dinner were a delicious experience, besides tasty the presentation was gorgeous. We had our own onsen which we enjoyed at our leisure after our long excursions. "
