The food line needs to be looked at with better idea of food display. I think an island should be created in the middle away from the wall with all hot dishes on this island only. This would give this confusion a better look and better people movement. Plse suggest this to your supervisor. Thank you. "

"It was very warm in our hotel room and we were unable to open a window to the outside. Our windows opened up into the lobby., Air conditioning was very loud and ineffective, we were unable to even hear the TV over it. Weopened our windows at night hoping to cool it down however The lobby was very loud so the noise kept us awake. There is two fans in the room to help. "

"With Q closed, the Bengal not open for lunch or a quiet late lunch as well as the Rooftop restaurant being closed for the season…it sure was bad timing for us and no alternates were provided. The hotel was wonderful but Spring Break prices for low amenities was very disappointing. We had hoped to spend more time in the hotel…just too noisy. "
