"Beautiful gardens ,well kept flowers everywhere, well equipped for self catering , short walk to beach, shops and restaurants . Nick met us on arrival and we saw him several times during our stay, very nice helpful man nothing too much trouble for him, would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation "
"Lovely hotel set in the beautiful Kalami. More high end than probably needed for us as a family but if that’s what you want it’s perfect.
All the staff extremely happy and always ready to help .
Would recommend.

"The parking was easy, and plentiful. Breakfast was timely every morning and had a variety of options from eggs, fruit, waffles, yogurt, meat, cheese and bread. Located only a 5 min walk from the main strip of town, there were so many restaurant, cafe, ice cream and souvenirs. We would stay here again."
"Hotel staff very helpful ,breakfast was superior, the pool area and gardens were very nice all in all a very nice hotel, wife used spa and the girl was friendly and gave her outstanding service "
"Friendly family run hotel, with a lovely clean pool and plenty of sunbedsRooms are basic but clean and on arrival we received a lovely slice of Lemon cake."
"Just returned from fantastic holidays at Costa Botanica. Great beach and pool options, never too busy and enough sun bed for everyone. Good food options and beautiful settings!"
"Great location on the beach. I'd rate the hotel as 3 star, and excellent value for that standard.
We had a first floor sea view room, with stunning views. The olive trees giving us privacy from people on the beach.
There's a few restaurants and bars nearby, but not a lot. The bus into Corfu town takes about half an hour and runs till mid-night, it's frequent and easy to use"
"Service and facilities were nice. However the beach was all rocks and there was always limited place to sit. To add, corfu town was far and there was no transfers that weren’t between 9-2pm (the hottest time to visit the town) and all the amenities were fully booked for the 4 days I was there. I felt like a prisoner in the hotel. Leaving the hotel to the town and coming back costed 140 euros (that’s insane)"

"By far the worst hotel experience I ever had in life. Front door didn’t lock. Air conditioning didn’t work (in the summer!). Room wasn’t serviced properly and by day two we had swarms of ants in the room. For 3 days, we had no hot/warm water, only ice cold. Plumbing in toilet didn’t work properly. One day we had no water at all and there was no warning or notification of it. When we asked reception, they kept saying “it’s being fixed now, it will take 30 minutes.” - and they continued this phrase throughout the whole day! First they lied and said “the city has shut off the water for the entire village” but when we pointed out that other guests at least had cold water, they felt caught in their lie and walked away. Zero good will for any type of compensation, no offer to switch rooms. They told us it was ok to park on the side of the street because hotel parking was full, but we got a parking ticket. Charged us full price for a breakfast that wasn’t properly serviced and was half-empty unless you came directly at beginning of breakfast time. Overall very old and damaged property. This hotel should not be listed on Expedia or anywhere else, especially not as 4-stars!!"
Villa Loukia 5* SECLUDED LOCATION but Walking Distance Kassiopi Sleeps 6-8
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful property with wonderful views. The location made it feel incredibly peaceful while still allowing easy access into Kassiopi. The villa was set up with everything we could possibly need and we spent such a lovely week relaxing by the pool, cooking on the BBQ, and wandering down to swim in the sea. Lucy (the host) was so friendly and really helpful. Very much looking forward to coming back in the future! "
"Amazing holiday! Beautiful views, quiet pool, Thanassis and his family are excellent hosts, and the beach is very close and sandy with super shallow and warm water."
Stone Built in a Private Estate with Great Views and Privacy
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful two weeks at this property - a beautiful house and location away from the hustle and bustle of the coast. The views are spectacular, the house well equipped and the pool lovely. A car is essential, as are nerves of steel. Mountain driving may not be for everyone. 2 mins drive to Kassiopi with shops/tavernas. We drove to many little bays in North Corfu and to Corfu Old Town (about 90 mins). Hiring a book is also a great way to see the coastline. There are many available (we used Fontas boats, Nissaki - good value and helpful intro on how to use the boat). Aristidis was a kind and thoughtful host, very responsive and quick to action any concerns. "
"This was undoubtedly one of the best stays of my life. Honestly, it was an amazing vacation in an amazing place. The resort is massive, with plenty of space for all guests to enjoy—whether it’s the beach, pools, or numerous restaurants.
The all-inclusive package includes branded international alcohol and truly outstanding cocktails available throughout the resort. The hotel is very family- and child-friendly, featuring a great aqua park with both large and small water slides.
But the highlight for me was the garden—an expansive area filled with trees, palm groves, and lush grass. There’s even a small zoo! The word “Botanica” in the name is truly fitting.
Before coming, I read a few negative reviews about long queues at the bars. If waiting 3 minutes for a drink is considered too long, I really don’t understand those complaints. The staff are doing an excellent job, always smiling and in a great mood. All you have to do is wait a moment for your drink.
The food was delicious every day, with a variety of around 12 dishes including at least three types of meat, plus fish, seafood, loads of salads, fruits, and vegetables. And of course, pizza and pasta are available all day long. The resort also offers four à la carte restaurants that require advance booking. I wasn’t lucky enough to get a spot, but it wasn’t a problem—there was more than enough to enjoy.
For the kids, there’s an ice cream shop, a chocolate bar, a popcorn machine, and more."
