"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks recently renovated and was very comfortable. There was a washer and dryer in our room."

"Hotel was under renovation and falling apart! First room smelled like cigarettes, fan didn’t work in bathroom, tv didn’t work, fan heater in room smelled like it was about to catch fire! Went to the front to address the issues and asked for another room and she tried to hand me an air freshener for the cigarette smell, I said I don’t even smoke I think it’s disgusting and she laughed at me and then gave me another room! In this new room the fan worked but was dangling from the ceiling the ceiling was about to collapse in the bathroom as well, the door knob was falling off to the bathroom and the shower was leaking none stop! One of the elevators broke down and probably good cause the day we left the power went out! We used our phone lights to finish getting ready, to then walk out to a dark hallway on the 8th floor! Stairs here we come and got out of there!! Hotel needs a lot of work!!!!"

"The kitchen was equipped with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, small coffee maker, electric teapot, two sizes of water glasses, dishes and utensils for 4, microwave. I didn't use any.of the pots or stovetop burners. Parking was very convenient, safe and underground in a secure garage under the hotel."

"I like my stay at the hotel. Parking is free, not so busy. Easy to commute to downtown and other cities. The breakfast includes many options. My favorite are coffee and boiled eggs. My room type was king suite which is very large. The bathroom has a big bath tub and a shower. "

"Room & bathroom were clean. Good amount of space. Great blackout blinds, bed was comfy."

"Did not do breakfast. Overall the hotel was exactly what we needed. Right around the corner from Peel Street and Metro. Everything you could possibly need within a 10 min walk."
