"The thing we liked most was the deck with the view of the lake. The room was okay. The bathroom was okay. Could have used some space to put toiletries on. Would like to have had a refrigerator and microwave."

"It's truly one of my favorite places but they just don't work very hard to provide a wonderful guest experience. For example, the beautiful scenery of the marina, the bay and sunset over the Olympics is something you want to enjoy but unless you are seated at a table in the restaurant there are only 4 chairs outside to sit in, only 4 and those are around a fire table so if others are using the table then there's nothing. Flower baskets are scarce and half dead. Front desk staff have never smiled in the two different stays-they seem bothered by guests. Lobby coffee is the weakest, cheapest they can find."

"The hotel is in a perfect location to downtown, shops, restaurants and the ferry. The hotel let us leave our car while we went to Victoria for the day! Very friendly staff! I would recommend Port Angeles Inn."
