This man treated me like a thief. This man treated me like a liar, then proceeded to threaten me by calling the police because he said I was trying not to leave when that was not the case. . A few hours prior to his arrival I had asked the front desk for a late checkout so I could put myself together and then go downstairs to pay for us to stay another night.. my family and I are in the middle of turmoil. We have a loved one that we just put on hospice so this night we were not expecting to stay anywhere, but we found a room here and I regret every moment of it the lack of consideration and empathy. from their manager will not go on punished.. I have been in customer service in hospitality for 20 years and I never ever would treat someone this way. I do expect some sort of compensation for this and I am demanding for refund for my stay here"

"The facility is clean and new. Breakfast was adequate, but parking was horrendous. I think people park there for the restaurant, and I'm not sure if it's combined with the apartment nearby, but it was difficult to find parking at all times. "

"They did not have our room ready at check in. It was not ready until 7:00 pm. Hotel is out dated and need a good remodel and cleanings. Staff are typical rude young adults."
