"This is my goto spot whenever I am in Ontario. The rooms are nice and clean. There's plently of parking. Staff is friendly but this time one lady was very rude and gave us attitude because we requested late checked out when we checked in. She rudely said we can't do that. Whoever she was I hope she sees this because that's not how you treat a paying customer. The guy we always see when we check in is the nicest guy ever! I love hearing his stories he tells us. He knows how to show great customer service."

"Hotel is outdated. It is not what I would consider a Marriott. It is more along a Best Western line of hotel. They have tried to update, but they chose a cheap contractor to do the upgrades. The hotel staff was friendly. I would not book a second stay "

"The room is clean but dated and had a refrigerator. The bed was comfy. If I had to pick a room, I would pick a room away from the roadway. I thought the roadway was a loud. Customer service by the front desk is great, they didn’t have much of a continental breakfast. Only breakfast bars and danishes. Coffee was pretty good. The rooms had cable TV and Internet, which worked great. I definitely stay again for under $100 a night."
