"I emailed them on nov 9 the following message and to date have not heard anything: I had my stay mixed up I was thinking Sundaywas the 10th and didn’t realize it until Igot to the next hotel. I checked out a day early! Is there anyway to get a refund on the night I didn’t stay. The guy at the hotel who checked us out did not say anything about helping out early or I might have caught the mistake. I am now paying for an extra night at the next hotel. Thank you for your help!"
