Great location for transport, plenty of food, huge shopping mall very close by at Tennoji among others. Read some bad reviews about the staff, however I did not encounter any problems. They were polite and welcoming. Rooms could be cleaned a bit better, some dusty corners in the main room and hairs in the bathroom. Rooms with windows facing the street can be a bit frustrating as there are a lot of annoying and repetitive sounds at night. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

I appreciated the amenities provided. The complimentary coffee was my favorite part of the stay. The room was unclean with noticeably dusty floors and strands of hair left on the sink and toilet. Really nice property management!

Weird Smell in the hotel. The room was dirty despite multiple requests for it to be cleaned. Duty was in the corners and on the air conditioner. Mold was found in the shower. Shortly after, I got a bacterial infection. The mattress was thin and the bed was hard. I would feel the spring in the box spring

コンサート目的で大阪滞在2度目の利用です。寝るだけ、コンサート会場への利便が良いホテルと探して決めました。前回は日産スタジアム、今回は京セラドームでしたがどちらも便利。ホテル近くにコンビニや飲食店もいくつもあるのも便利でした。昨今の大阪宿代が高い中、この値段と便利さで泊まれるのは助かります。

この界隈では非常によいホテルだと思います。 エントランスも広く、洗濯機、レンジ、自動販売機完備で施設らとても整っています。 外国の方も宿泊されるので、夜遅くの笑い声はご愛嬌と思える方がよいと思います。 受付の方も非常に親切で、また機会があれば利用したいと思いました。

フロントの方が細かく説明してくれて、優しかった。 ただ壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の音楽が何を聞いているかわかるくらいに聞こえてきたので、そこは不快だった。 そこを除いては家にいるみたいで居心地良かったです。

ヤンマースタジアムへの行きやすさと、コンサートなので寝るだけ目的で探し、立地と安い宿泊料金であったので予約しましたが、安いのでそこまで期待していなかったのですが、値段以上によかったです。スタッフの方も親切でした。何しろ地下鉄出口からすぐなのが雨の時助かりました。近隣に飲食店やコンビニも多いです。

３泊お世話になりました。毎回シーツ等交換してもらい毎日清潔に過ごせましたが、ユニットバス内の四隅の赤カビが気になりました。これ無かったら☆5でした。 コーヒーとソフトドリンクが飲み放題はよかったです。かなり利用させていただきました。 地下鉄徒歩２分やJRも５分位で交通の便も大変良かったです。 ホテルにコインロッカーもあり、コンビニもすぐ近くにあるし本当に便利の良いホテルでした。また次回利用したいです。
