Nice hotel to relax at the spa after a long day!
Breakfast buffet was great, had a variety and was being refilled and tended to. Will definitely stay again
The hotel is amazing, but the spa and pool area is open from 10am to 7pm
if you stay just 1 night (check in at 3pm and check out at 10am) you, can use the pool facilities for a max of 4 hours

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
This is the 4th time we have stayed in this hotel. The hotel room is clean.
A few spa areas are closed due to construction.
We want to check out the rooftop spa area before we decide whether we want to use it or not, but the girl insisted we have to pay even if we just want to take a look first!
The reception in the restaurant is not friendly!
I stayed over at Spa from Itami Airport. very convenient location! The hotel stay included spa and buffet breakfast. very reasonable and nice breakfast!
I really enjoyed the experience here. Had a great time at the spa. You could spend whole days just in there. It’s also right in the shinsekai area which is one of the most fun places in Japan to go. Prices are super reasonable. Highly recommended.
Relaxing spot. Made sure to have one day of relaxation in my Japan trip, and Spa World definitely did the job, thank you.

Exciting pools tired accommodation
The variety of pools and hot springs were stunning and the kids enjoyed it. We were assigned a smokedup room which was not pleasant. The decor is also crumbling a bit on the edges.
The location is very convenient, next to Don Quixote Metro Station and very close,There are many choices to eat around. The hotel has many facilities including swimming pools and hot springs.
The only drawback is that the breakfast is always the same. Although it is rich, the dishes are the same every time I go and I will get tired of it.
A hotel with a huge spa. Excellent breakfast. The clerks do not understand English. You should write in translation.

The room itself was great and very clean. However, due to the hotel adding another annex, there are a lot more guests BUT they didn't expand their dining room. This caused a long wait during the breakfast buffet as guests had to stand in line to wait for a table to free up. The breakfast had a good variety of items though, so that kind of makes up for the inconvenience of waiting for a dining table.
As well, half of the spa was closed due to renovations and the onsens are dangerous with broken tiles. The Onsen probably needs to shutdown for a month for major repairs because it was a huge disappointment. I would suggest not visiting this spa and Onsen, and instead visit a nicer place.
Great stay for a night, and staff are friendly although don’t expect them to help you navigate as a tourist - they are only there to guide you into the facility. As such, luggage forwarding and stuff won’t be offered there - at least by the staff the served us. Coins/cash is still king here so bring some change for vending machines.
If you get a Japanese style room, they also don’t set up your futon for you so book a western style room or look up how to set one up in advance. 4 people room was definitely a big squeeze. Otherwise fabulous hot spring and spa facilities.
Showers for the hot springs are on the far end for both men and women so change and go all the way to the end first.
Pros- Conveniently located nearby subway and JR stations, clean as they do not allow shoes inside, complementary breakfast had many options, Pool for kids was clean, front office staff helped us quickly to change the room because of toilet not working.
Cons-Automatic Checkin was inconvenient as kiosk was not scanning passports, room key and qr codes on bands were non working and we had to go every morning to get room keys and bands working, access to pool is very inconvenient. If a father is taking a 6yr old daughter, they have to access different floors as men's changing room is on 6th floor, women's changing room is on 4th floor and you can access elevator to pool only through changing rooms, building with smoking rooms smelled terrible although our room was changed from smoking to non smoking as we were traveling with a child, some taxes were not mentioned on Hotels.com when I did the reservation.
It was great having access to the onsen facility. Would stay there again.
Conveniently located to the train station.
Dining options within walking distance, and a few options in the hotel aswell.
This is a busy hotel and entertainment venue. So the staff are quite nervous or sensitive due to the complicated hotel system. There are many rules for guests to follow. Overall it may be good for families with children.
