"Very big well-equipped room, includes full-size fridge, full range, 2 tv's, work station with accessories. Staff was very helpful at check-in and otherwise. Not inexpensive but a good value as hotels go. Was a bit disappointed in breakfast. No fruit, no cereal, Have had better breakfast at inexpensive motels."

"The most incredible experience we have ever had at a hotel. We stayed for one night with our 2 young children. They sent the cutest stuffed animals and cookies up to the room upon check in. The kids were so excited! Very clean, amazing pool, every single staff member was incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. Bassma at the front desk made our kids feel so special. The cherry on top was meeting the resident black Labrador, Stewart. Amazing location as well. Walking distance to Byward market, parliament buildings, parks, etc. We will absolutely be back!"

"EVERY time I’m in the capital overnight from now on I’m going to check if the Metcalfe has availability. We just stayed one night but experienced wonderful service and hospitality. Luxurious immaculate rooms and a beautiful property all around. Stay here! It’s worth it!"
