My son was sick and Nuri took us to the pharmacy and helped us in getting medicine also he cut watermelons for my son late night. "Our stay at Katapa was absolutely amazing. They have rooms enough for a family of 5 but it wasn’t really a room. It had separate sleeping areas so we could still have privacy. Parking was easy and right on site. The service was phenomenal. It’s a small family run hotel, which made us feel like we’re staying with family. From the cleanliness to the delicious breakfast and awesome customer service (arranging airport pickups, coffee, utensils etc) PLUS it was a 10 minute walk from “downtown” area where we coukd go shopping and eat at all different restaurants and for the highlight….the hot air balloons took off at sunrise right in front of the hotel so it made for amazing pictures! we really could not ask for a more pleasant stay. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. "
"The staff was highly responsive to travel problems (because of Turkish Airlines flight cancellations, I arrived t 4 am and they found transportation from Nevsahir airport to the hotel for me). They also fixed every problem with the cave suite, which was a delightful place to stay. I think this is an excellent choice for a stay in Cappadocia. "
