"We had two rooms and both were very Dirty room. No hot or warm water shower working. On asking staff they ignored me. "

"I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Everything was clean and tidy and my room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent with so much available. "The hotel was dated and looked tired from the outside and inside. The images online were very misleading and didn't look like the room that was promised. The room itself was very small but the bedsheets and towels were clean. The bathroom was in desperate need of being regrouted and cracked tiles needed to the replaced. The net curtains were dirty with cigarette holes in the them and there was a layer of dust on the valance. Even though the 'quite' times were meant to start at 10pm, we could still the music from the bar area long after this and we were on the 3rd floor. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that were a better standard than this...."
