"From the moment we walked in we loved the accommodation. All rooms were very comfortable and everything we needed was to hand. The access road is a little narrow but after a couple of trips out we just took it in our stride. So lovely to have our hosts next door, be able to meet them and compliment them on their property. Would certainly visit again in the future."

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Pool House - what more could you ask for than a hot tub and pool in perfect privacy in the sunshine! The house was spacious and well furnished with a well sized kitchen, lounge and main bedroom. The only downside was the rather small double bed."

"The pros: very clean bed and comfy. Breakfast was decent although a bit greasy. Cons: Our room was very small and in dire need of a deep clean and refurbishment. The walls, carpet and woodwork were dirty, tired and scuffed. We couldn't use the shower because of the foul smells coming from the bath when we ran the water. I'm glad we were only booked in for one night and will definitely look for another place to stay if we return to Stroud "

"Lovely little cottage great for a short break. We were 2 couples and it suited us just fine had everything we needed. Situated in a narrow street, no problem finding on street parking and we had 2 cars. Stroud is a lovely place with a great farmers market on Saturday which was only a short from the cottage. "
