"Beautiful room, very comfortable, very clean, lots of amenities provided in room. Restaurant onsite had an hour wait, so we called for room service instead. Air conditioning was set to a low temperature, but the room never got that low, not terribly hot though. Staff was helpful in quick check in and getting us a taxi to visit the city center (which is almost an hour drive)."

Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport

"We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn from 20-21 May 2026 and we were satisfied with the experience. Hotel and room were in good condition, the room had the typical airport hotel space and amenities, and the Hotel included a free shuttle bus service between Terminal 3 to the Hotel. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, and is available as a decent North American styled buffet at a reasonable fee. However, take note that there are two Hiltons at the airport, Hilton Hotel and Hilton Garden Inn. We arrived to Terminal 3 via the Leonardo Express train from Rome Termini train station and we walked the 10 minutes following the signs for "Hilton" which took us to the (wrong) Hilton Hotel...which then required us to take a taxi to the Hilton Garden Inn at a cost of 35 Euro. The Hilton Garden Inn hotel is outside the airport, so one must first walk to the arrivals area of Terminal 3, look for Exit Door 3, and then go outside to meet the shuttle bus at a marked bus stop. We used this shuttle bus to get back from Hilton Garden Inn to Terminal 3 the next morning, and then did the short 5 minutes walk to Terminal 1. It's a convenient (if a bit expensive) way to overnight to rest and relax, to get ready for a long flight the next day."

"The hotel was clean and convenient to the airport and staff was very helpful. I didn’t like however that I needed to insert 1 Euro coin for each time I used the scale to weigh my suitcases. First it felt that the hotel is trying to make money from anything it offers. Second which is even more important, the hotel didn’t have a change from 5 Euro paper to coins so I was unable to use it. Also, I’m used to get the hotel shuttle to the airport complimentary from a 4 star hotel."

"The room was very clean and all have balconys - tennis court view is best, very quiet. The staff were wonderful as was the spa (hidden gem), the food was very good and outdoor pool large, lovely, a bit cool but refreshing. Nice gift shop, not high end items. Piano bar is very relaxing. A few things could be improved - carpets aging (there are rooms with wood floors), buffet breakfast is abundant and there are a la cart items. Food elsewhere in hotel is 4 stars, breakfast only 3 stars. but was included in room charge The hotel does not have a full on Italian feel as it is a N.A. chain, but large rooms are very nice. One request as disabled person, is for a safer and easier swimming pool ladder for pool exit."
